Dave Patterson
Dave Patterson is a Business Advisor, Realtor, and Investor. He has a diverse background spanning over 35 years in the start-up and growth of manufacturing and service companies, where he served as lead executive and Board member of the respective companies.
He founded and leads ClinchView Enterprises LLC (CVE), a company engaged in Management Consulting, Real Estate, and Investing. Through CVE, Dave leverages his experience and expertise to support companies and individuals in maximizing enterprise value. He invests in technologies that enable performance improvement and partners with other experts to cover all functional areas of a business. CVE is a Certified Implementor of the G76.ai platform that harnesses the power of Artificial Intelligence and Human Intelligence to help Mid-Market companies significantly improve their profits within existing customer bases.
In addition to his role as founder of CVE, Dave serves as Managing Director of A. Neumann & Associates, LLC, a professional M&A Advisory firm, and Business Broker. He concentrates on supporting SMB owners interested in selling their business across Tennessee and adjacent States.
Dave is an Affiliate Broker with Red Realty LLC. His Tennessee Real Estate license number is 372085 and he concentrates on Commercial Real Estate and supporting Seniors in Transition as a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
Dave holds an MBA from Northeastern University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
